Kevin and Kaitlynd traveled from Florida to celebrate their wedding with a small group of family and close friends here in Arizona. They kept things simple with an intimate Phoenix backyard wedding that felt more like a gathering of old friends than a traditional wedding.
The weather wasn’t exactly typical for October in Phoenix, with cloudy skies and a little rain throughout the day, but nobody seemed too bothered by it. Everyone was laughing, catching up, and making the most of the celebration. I always love weddings like this, where there isn’t too much pressure for everything to go perfectly and everyone can just relax and enjoy the moment.
As the evening went on, the clouds started to break, and a rainbow appeared over the mountains behind the house. We stepped away for a few photos before the light disappeared, which turned out to be a perfect way to wrap up the evening.
A little rain, a lot of laughter, and a rainbow to finish things off. Not a bad way to get married!
Congratulations, Kevin & Kaitlynd!
